Project success termined by meeting project scope, schedule, cost and customer satisfaction.
The bottom of our scenario it states “ The city is eager to proceed with the project” so schedule is a factor. The scope of the project is major also because the bridge has to be wide enough for example, there has to be a ramp etc. The city has the money so a city project will never cease however it is the money of tax paying citizens being used so going over budget is not ideal. In the end we can meet project Scope, cost, and schedule but if the customer is not happy, the project will be deemed as unsuccessful.
