Please evaluate your current work environment (or some other appropriate organization, as discussed
in advance with the professor) at both the micro and macro levels using the principles from
complexity theory. You should identify relevant recommendations for the current work environment
to bring about ethical and desired outcomes at both the micro and macro systems level. Remember
adding authority to your writing using important principles and concepts via quotations and/or
paraphrases is very important. Of course, such important additions must be properly cited.
Students will also compare and contrast their findings with their organizational and institutional case
analysis completed from the Organizational and Institutional Theories course. Students will identify
relevant recommendations for the current work environment to bring about ethical and desired
outcomes at both the micro and macro systems level. Students will submit their analysis to the peers
in you designated group for feedback and cross pollination of learning prior to submitting it for a final grade. Each peer is expected to provide candid feedback to respective authors of each paper.
